 This is the website of the artist Juan Carlos Cambon.

Artist statement: 

To put into words what defines Nipponaisuki,

it is the world I create, my interests, that which inspires & influences me, my waking moment & fleeting dream.

I am interested in character design and character story background, along with my interest in old traditional Japanese prints, Ukiyo-e, Japanese patterns/ compositions/ aesthetics, as well as Japanese fashion, mixed with my affinity of western modern graffiti styles and my love for Martial arts.

I create with a love of Japanese artforms, its culture and ethos at its core (ancient & modern)

My work can be described as Japanese style illustrations, Anime, Manga or a unique East n West fusion.
